With a Masters Degree in Human Rights, Mikaela believes strongly in providing compassionate and knowledgeable services that empower and uplift. Mikaela spent time working in developing countries assisting children and young adults with disabilities to overcome barriers to education, medical care and relationships. This experience has given her a broad understanding of the challenges and obstacles pertaining to cultural competency and immigration.
