Rose has worked at the center since 1991, making her our longest-serving employee. In her role as Assistant Director, she has supervisory, financial and human resource responsibilities, as well as the infamous “other duties as assigned”. Rose is currently treasurer of the Framingham Disability Commission, and is a member of other local advocacy groups.

In 2012, Governor Deval Patrick signed a bill into law that allowed small non-profits to participate in a state sponsored 401 K program.  Rose, along with former Senator Magnani, were instrumental in getting this bill passed.
